Providing consistent and high quality services to all clients is of utmost importance to Lawrence. Assessing the quality of service is an ongoing effort to insure quality of service is improved on and stays high.

 

Lawrence continues a programme of ongoing training and self-improvement to insure that clients are always getting services above industry standards. This includes Health & Safety training, product training and research, personal research and learning and small business improvements.

 

 

  A Quality Assurance Policy is used to outline how quality is measured and maintained and how improvements are made to my service.
