Situated in idyllic southern Brittany, midway between Lorient and Vannes, close to the famous standing stones of Carnac.

	Etel is a lively port with a marina, waterfront cafes and a selection of restaurants and bars. Fishing, boating, horse riding and tennis are all available locally.  Etel has a selection of shops and a small supermarket within walking distance.
The area around Etel is a protected National Park with miles of golden sandy beaches. The Cote Sauvage of the Quiberon Peninsula provides windsurfing and watersports activities.

 The historic city of Vannes lies 1/2 an hour to the east with it's ancient walls and modern commercial areas.

The city of Lorient is 1/2 an hour to the west with it's famous submarine pens from WWII.

The apartment is newly constructed with a huge (35m²⁾ terrace at the front which faces south west.

The apartment comprises of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine and separate WC.  There is a large lounge /diner with patio doors onto the terrace. 

The corner kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. The apartment comes equipped with a TV, Playstation 2 / DVD, sound system and patio furniture. There is also a selection of CDs, DVDs, playstation games, books and board games. All furniture is to a modern, high standard.   Duvets and pillows are provided for 2 people, duvet cover, pillowcases, sheets etc are not provided.

How to get there

Brittany Ferries operate sailings between Plymouth - Roscoff (2 hours from Etel by road) or from Portsmouth - Caen, Poole - Cherbourg and Portsmouth - St Malo or Cherbourg.  For more information, click here to visit Brittany Ferries website.

There are also airports nearby at Lorient and Rennes and a small aerodrome at Vannes.
